By accessing and using the lyrical writing services provided by Ronin Lyric's .("Service", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If  you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Service.

                           Service Description

​

 

Our Service provides custom lyrical writing tailored to the client's needs, which may include, but is not limited to, song lyrics, poetry, and other creative writing projects.

                                   Eligibility

To use our Service, you must be at least 18 years old or have legal parental or guardian consent. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

                              Ordering and Payment

​

 

- Orders: All orders must be placed through our official communication channels www.roninlyrics.com. A detailed brief and clear instructions must be provided by the client.

​

 

- Payment:  Payment terms will be agreed upon before the commencement of any work. Full or partial payment may be required up front depending on the nature of the project. We accept  Visa , Master card ,American Express,Paypal and Cash .

- Pricing: Prices are subject to change based on the complexity and length of  the project. A quote will be provided upon request.

                           Revisions and Refunds

​

 

- Revisions:  We offer 2 revisions per project within 7 days of delivery. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

 

 Refunds:  Refunds are only available if we fail to deliver the work within the agreed timeline or if  the final product does not meet the agreed-upon brief, as determined at our discretion.

                              Intellectual Property

​

 

-  Ownership: Upon full payment, you will own the rights to the lyrics we create for you. However, we reserve the right to use the work in our portfolio (unless explicitly agreed otherwise).

 

Plagiarism:We guarantee that all lyrics are original and free of  plagiarism.

                                 Confidentiality

​

 

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. All information and materials provided by the client will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without prior consent.

                                 Termination

 

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend our services to any client at our discretion, particularly if these Terms are violated.

                          Limitation of  Liability

​

 

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our Service. Our total liability for any claim related to our Service is limited to the amount paid by you for the Service.

                             Amendments

 

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

                            Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of  California. Any disputes arising out of  these Terms will be resolved in the courts of  California.
