Ronin Lyric's Lyrical Writing Service is dedicated to providing high-quality and personalized lyrical content to all clients. We strive for complete satisfaction with every project. If you are not entirely satisfied with your lyrics, we offer the following refund policy.
. Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, clients must meet the following criteria:
- Request for a refund must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- The lyrics must not have been used commercially, publicly performed, or published.
- The client must provide specific reasons for their dissatisfaction.
. Refund Process
. Initial Review Phase:
- Before First Draft Delivery:
- If the client wishes to cancel the project before the first draft is delivered, a full refund will be issued.
- After First Draft Delivery:
- If the client is dissatisfied with the first draft and chooses to cancel, 50% of the total project fee will be refunded.
. Revision Phase:
- First and Second Revisions:
- If the client is still dissatisfied after two revisions, they can request a refund. The refund amount will be 30% of the total project fee.
- Beyond Second Revision:
- No refunds will be issued beyond the second revision, as the service has been substantially rendered.
. Exceptional Circumstances
- Non-Delivery:
- In cases where Ronin Lyric's Lyrical Writing Service fails to deliver the lyrics within the agreed timeframe without prior communication or a valid reason, a full refund will be issued.
- Quality Assurance:
- If the delivered lyrics do not meet the agreed-upon specifications or quality standards, and this cannot be rectified through revisions, a full refund will be issued upon proof of discrepancy.
. Refund Request Procedure

- Clients must contact our support team at roninlyrics@gmail.com within the eligible refund period, providing their project details and reasons for the refund request.
Review Process:
- Our team will review the request and may ask for additional information or clarification to understand the issue better.
Resolution:
- The client will be notified of the decision within 7 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed and credited to the original method of payment within 14 business days.
. Non-Refundable Items
- Customized services beyond lyrical writing, such as melody composition, vocal recordings, or production services, are non-refundable once initiated.
- Rush service fees are non-refundable unless the project is not delivered within the rushed timeframe.
